Back to Basics
What a difference pic editing can make!!
Zara Tee, Rag&Bone Jeans, Charles and Keith Shoes and Aldo bag
Getting in touch with the basic and neutrals is always so refreshing and utterly chic. When in doubt, get back to basics.
Whites, blacks and browns are the go to pieces for every season they're subtle, timeless and classy. I've been in dire need of some good tees, so a few days back I headed out for some shopping and after a long long time I invested in some basic pieces - simple tees and neutral colours. It was so therapeutic for me, specially after amassing tonnes of colours and quirky items in my wardrobe.
The moment I spotted this tee at Zara - clean silhouette with white+grey - it was an instant like. Paired with my most comfi and laid back stylish Rag&Bone denims (which are so comfortable I can almost sleep in them everyday) and the tan peep-toed shoes, that are the latest addition to my wardrobe, it was a perfect blend of polished and cool. Since I wanted to stash a lot of stuff, this Celine inspired vegetairan bag with subtle studs was the perfect pick to finish off the look.
So what's on your shopping list this weekend - simple, quirky or bold?
A basic combination, but it still looks so fresh!! Love the bag :-)
ReplyDeleteI feel you - I love quirky stuff, I did and I still do - but I'm so into black and simple right now! Great look :3
ReplyDeleteI love browns. Having a brown pair of heels is a must, goes with almost everything.
