Zara Crop Top , Asos Boyfriend Jeans , Stella McCartney Falabella Bag , Lipsy Pumps When you happen to buy two styles that you've always been scared of and somehow manage to muster the courage to wear them together, you need the buffer period to really understand how it feels - at least this is the situation I found myself in this crop top and boyfriend jeans. I would hate to be labelled as a 'trendwhore' but the boyfriend jeans craze really bit me. The #ootd world of Instagrammers flaunting this style, irrespective of their size or shape and still managing to look fabulous in them, finally won over me and one fine day I ordered this pair online from a UK store. But once I got them I wasn't so sure of pulling them off and it actually waited in my wardrobe for months until I decided to take the risk. Pairing it with a pair of pumps seemed logical as these pants desperately needed some sleekness. Considering the grey and blue palette I
Wish you all a wonderful 2016! This new year I started with no resolutions, because every day will be an effort to become a better me.... New projects, travel plans around the corner and a wonderful weather in Dubai is how the 2016 commenced for me. Experiencing Dubai winter for the first time and its amazing. Not too cold, not the usual hot. Best part? You can finally wear your coats and boots! Banana Republic LBD , Mango Trench Coat , Zara Heels and Stella McCartney Bag I've been obsessed with trench coats, and unfortunately the classic Burberry trench comes with leather detailing in the belt. So the search for the right trench that fits my petite frame perfectly had been on since forever. Fortunately I found this Mango trench recently and have been wearing it nearly everywhere. It's the best way to pull off any look and even turn drab to fab. Until I find the vegan Burberry style, this one gets my thumbs up. Wear it with everything from dresses
Months, its been literally months that I had my eyes on this gorgeous colour from Stella Falabella collection. Its no news that I am obsessed with Stella McCartney bags {with bags that look like these and come with a tag "Suitable for Vegetarians", who wouldn't?}. I was over the moon when I received this as a present delivered from Barcelona. What I love the most about this bag is that despite its size, it can stock in a lot of stuff and the colour makes it so versatile. It looks great with a dress, denims, shorts, an all black outfit, a monochrome outfit and even with a pop of colour. However, like my other Stella McCartney bag, the chain of this bag digs on your shoulder too and you can see the marks on your skin after you wear it. Plus, this bag is also very slouchy, so when you hang it - it loses its shape and looks weird. I think the slouchy Falabella overall is not a good style from Stella - no matter how great it looks. In fact, my other Stella McCar
Sheath Dress old, Stella McCartney Falabella Bag , Charles & Keith Peep Toe Shoes , Hermes Cuff , Cartier Watch , Miu Miu Sunglasses A classic sheath with a great fit is a long term love and that's precisely my story with this dress. Whenever I fail to find the right outfit when rummaging through my wardrobe and I want to look my best, I trust this sheath dress. With its amazing fit, a very classic style and side triangle detailing - its my favourite. I paired it with my camel peep-toes, clasic black Stella McCartney Falabella vegan handbag and to add some glam to the look I stacked my wrist with some of my favourite gold and diamond bracelets. C’est trés chic , non? Hope you had a great weekend, I'm pumped up for this week. Image Credit: Sejal Purohit
For some reason I've been obsessed with deep purple and oxblood and ever since Stella started doing her Falabella bags in this hue (its been a hell lot of months) I've had my eyes on them. And this January when I saw someone carrying the exact same coloured Falabella (shoulder bag) at Bunglow 8, I just knew it is definitely going to land in my closet, sooner or later. I'm kind of sort of head over heels in love with this perfect plum bag. Surprisingly this colour with its gold hardware complements a hell lot of outfits and this bag certainly makes the perfect addition to my closet. And why not, when luxury blends with vegetarianism, it automatically translates to guilt-free shopping.
Are men really so dumb-witted that women can manipulate them into marriages, break-ups, earning ever more; while the poor dears wouldn't even know that they're being manipulated*? Zara Dress , Aldo Shoes , Stella McCartney Falabella Bag , River Island Belt Keeping the self-promise of no more blacks would have been a real crime when my eyes caught the attention of this simple uncomplicated dress while wandering through the shelves of Zara. It was love at first sight - the effect of a minimal shape yet smart tailoring that turned the structured fabric to a shift dress was quite arresting. And honestly no other colour could have done justice to this other than black. So here I am yet again just reminding myself that as much as I have started loving colours, black is black. The power and magnetism that black emanates cannot be ignored and it eventually pulls you in. Just like true love. 'What just happened?' , I was inspired by this title (copied?)
